SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. and International orders are shipped via UPS and are fully insured. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and will not refund shipping charges for items not delivered on time, unless refunded by UPS.

Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and all International addresses is an additional charge.

All items on our website are stocked in our own warehouse. Most items will be shipped within 24 hours of the receipt of your order and payment, excluding weekends and holidays. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping holidays.

We will advise you of a backordered item. If you want to keep shipping costs down, please ask us to hold your order and ship everything at once. Or we can ship separately as items are available (at additional cost).
