The Roma E is a doserless grinder that grinds directly into the portafilter, giving you a fresh shot of espresso every time. The left side is designed for a single dose between 1 - 25 grams of espresso. The right side is designed for a double dose of espresso between 1 - 25 grams of espresso. If you feel that more espresso is necessary, the intermittent switch is on the right side of the grinder and will grind as long as depressed. The portafilter support bracket allows for hands free grinding.
