Double Espresso (Dopio): Double shot of espresso 2 to 3 ounces served in a cappuccino cup, using twice the
amount of coffee as for a single shot.

Cappuccino: Typically single or double shot of espresso with twice that amount of frothed milk on top.
1) Brew 1 shot of espresso for 8 to 10 ounce drink, or 2 shots for 12 to 16 ounce drink
2) Pour 1/2 steamed milk and 1/2 foam to the top
3) Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa or cinnamon

Caffe Latte: Single or double shot of espresso served in a 10 to 16 ounce mug with steamed milk.
1) Brew 1 shot of espresso for 10 ounce drink, or 2 shots for 12 to 16 ounce drink
2) Pour steamed milk almost to the top
3) Finish with foamed milk
4) Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa or cinnamon

Mocha: Single or double espresso mixed with chocolate syrup or cocoa powder, served with steamed milk and often whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top.
1) Brew 1 shot of espresso for 10 ounce drink, or 2 shots for 12 to 16 ounce drink
2) Mix chocolate syrup or cocoa powder in with hot espresso
3) Pour steamed milk almost to the top
4) Top with whipped cream (optional)
5) Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa or cinnamon

Macchiato: Single serving of espresso with a dollop of frothed milk.
1) Brew one shot of espresso into heated cup
2) Top with dollop of foam

Americano: Espresso diluted with hot water to taste.
1) Brew 1 shot of espresso for 8 to 10 ounce cup
2) Pour in hot water from espresso machine

Breve: Espresso with steamed half and half or whipping cream.
1) Brew one shot of espresso into heated cup
2) Pour steamed half and half or whipping cream on top

Flavored Latte: Cafe latte flavored with any number of syrups, including vanilla, raspberry, caramel, hazelnut, or almond.
1) Brew 1 shot of espresso for 10 ounce drink, or 2 shots for 12 to 16 ounce drink
2) Add 1 to 2 ounces of flavored syrup depending on size of drink
3) Pour steamed milk almost to the top
4) Finish with foamed milk

Vaneli's Iced Cappuccino: Single or double espresso in a tall glass of ice with sweetener and hot frothed milk.
1) Fill tall glass with ice
2) Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons sweetener over ice
3) Brew and pour hot espresso over ice
4) Froth milk and pour into glass

Tommy's Breve: Double shot of espresso poured over ice with sweetener and cold half and half, or even better with whipping cream.
