A letter to our customers regarding COVID-19

Dear customers,

We hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy during this uncertain time. We want to inform you that as of March 19, our offices are open and shipping orders. We feel that coffee is an essential business and will work to keep you informed of your shipments should there be any delay.

Wholesale customers: We have suspended local deliveries until April 6, and will be shipping orders over $120 at no charge (for orders under $120, a $5 fee will be added). If you have questions regarding service or delivery, please call us at (916) 315-2538.

Online and retail customers: We understand that this unprecedented event has left many to shelter in place to curb the spread of coronavirus, so we are now offering free shipping on orders of $35 or more. Use code "SHELTERSPECIAL" at checkout.*
